PDF (Provides a full overview of the sequence in picture format)
To export a sequence as a PDF, start by opening your sequence in the Sequence editor and locate File> Export to PDF on the left corner of the menu bar.
Choose a folder in your file explorer for the sequence to successfully export as a PDF.
Then you will be taken through each work instruction to capture the necessary data to export the sequence as a PDF.
Once you have completed each step, a dialog box should arise to confirm the sequence export.
Once the sequence has been exported, you will have a full overview of the file in a picture form. This will preview the work instructions as a production replica from start to finish.
CSV (Provides steps and parameters in a document format)
To export a sequence as an CSV, start by opening your sequence in the Sequence editor and locate File> Export to CSV on the left corner of the menu bar.
Choose a folder in your file explorer for the sequence to successfully export as an CSV.
Once the sequence has been successfully exported, you will be able to view the file in a document form with a preview of the steps and parameters.
HTML (Selection of images of the work instructions)
To export a sequence as HTML, start by opening your sequence in the Sequence editor and locate File> Export to HTML on the left corner of the menu bar.
Choose a folder in your file explorer for the sequence to successfully export the HTML.
Once you have completed each step, a dialog box should arise to confirm the sequence export.
Once the sequence has been exported each step (excluding data insert steps) from the work instructions will be saved into the selected folder as seen below:
Each of these steps will be presented as picture form once opened. Replicating the sequence as-seen in production.
Tascus XML (Stored as back up repository)
This type of export will enable you to export a sequence of steps that can be imported into another Tascus database, or into another sequence.
To export a sequence as a XML, start by opening your sequence in the Sequence editor and locate File> Export to Tascus XML on the left corner of the menu bar.
Choose a folder in your file explorer for the sequence to successfully export the XML.
Once this is saved into a folder, your XML export is complete.
