Tascus uses Notepad to print a label to a Zebra printer. This error occurs when the Margins have been setup in Notepad too large for the label size.

We may ask for a backup of the Tascus database to aid remote support - use the following steps to make a complete database backup that we can restore.

Open SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), connect to the server and expand Databases.

Right-click on the Tascus database, and choose Tasks > Backup...

When working in the Sequence Editor, Tascus saves multiple backup copies of a sequence file each time a change is made.

To access these backups, go to File > Import Steps from Tascus XML menu.
