A Visual Inspection provides the Operator with a product image and a Drop-Down-List of Failure Reasons, allowing them to highlight a grid-area to identify any faults or conditions to record.
Ensure you have a clear, identifiable image when selecting a file.
You do not need to select a sequence, this will automatically be configured into your Visual Inspection step.
The Hold Status allows a supervisor to revisit an Operation to make changes. This means an Operator can continue a production to the end with a failed step.
Ensure the User Permissions have been configured correctly.
