You can load and manage orders using the Load Orders button on the main dashboard.

Managing orders is important to ensure the status, date, planning location and operator settings have been configured correctly.

The Planning by Operator or Location is a feature that enables you to assign one or multiple Orders to either one.

Tascus Csv Upload

Orders are loaded into Tascus in csv format - you can download a template csv file in the Load Orders screen

MS Navision SQL

Orders are loaded using a connection to the Navision database

Expandable Csv

Orders are loaded from a csv file exported from Expandable

Expandable columns, from left to right, are:

Part_ID, Job_ID, Qty, Scheduled Completion Date, Scheduled Start Date.

Where:

Part ID = Alphanumeric part number

Job ID = Work Order

Qty = Quantity

Scheduled Completion Date = Date M/D/Y

Schedule Start Date = Date M/D/Y

Manual Import Orders

You can load and manage orders using the Load Orders button on the main dashboard. If you have any RP connections, orders will automatically populate through manual imports.

Open the Load Orders screen in Tascus to get started:

You have numerous Filters and Function Buttons to navigate the Load Order screen.

To add a new order, select the + icon from the function options

You can Import orders into Tascus using the Import option.
