Record a Non Conformance
Non Conformance can be recorded from 2 methods in Tascus:
Pause sequence, and select NC or NCR as the reason
Press the NC button on the top menu bar
Non Conformance Forms
You can choose which type of form for the operator to complete when a Non Conformance is recorded under Settings > System Setup > Non Conformance.
Full NCR Form (default)
The full NCR form contains all of the fields associated with Non Conformances, including descriptions of the issue and corrective actions.
Online - Offline Rework Prompt + NC Ref
This form prompts the operator whether to perform:
In Station Rework (sequence continues, NC is recorded)
Offline rework (sequences pauses, NC ref is required, NC is recorded)
On this form, you can specify the length of the NC ref required (leave blank for no specific format), and the text display on both of the buttons.
