To check how quickly the server is responding to requests from Tascus, you can use our tool, DatabaseQueryTimeTool.
Copy this file into the Tascus application directory :
C:\Program Files (x86) \ Tascus \ DatabaseQueryTimeTool.exe
Double-click on DatabaseQueryTimeTool.exe to run it, then click Check Query Response Time.
The tool will request then display the full list of Downtime Reasons that have been configured in Tascus.
The example screenshot above took just under 1 second to download a list of reasons from USA based internet server, so your response time shouldn't be much longer.
Note: The first query may take a long time when establishing a connection to the server, so try repeating this a few times.
